HOW TO USE THIS APP?
- Call to book an appointment with your nearest Family Dental Centre or visit us in person
- Download the Afterpay App on your phone and sign up
- Before your appointment – Check your spend limit by pressing the barcode icon in your Afterpay App
- After your appointment – Generate a barcode for our friendly staff to scan
- Afterpay will debit your first fortnightly payment from your nominated card
- Once approved, your payment schedule will be displayed in your App

- An Australian debit or credit card
- To be over 18 years of age
- To live in Australia
THINGS TO NOTE
- The funds for the first payment (25% of total) will need to be available at your dental visit
- First payment for new customers will be debited after treatment. Old customers (longer than 6 weeks) will have first payment debited in 14 days.
- Final payment will be made in 8 weeks
- If a payment has not been made, a late fee of $10 with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid

Pay for your dental treatment over four equal fortnightly repayments

If you make repayments on time, you’ll only ever pay the price of the treatment. The only fees Afterpay charges are late fees for missed payments
